UNIVERSITY PARK COUNTRY CLUBCOMMUNITY INFORMATION Located on the Manatee/Sarasota lines, it is an easy 15 - 20 minute drive to downtown Sarasota, FL and nearby barrier islands. Presently there are re-sales and newly constructed homes as well as building lots for sale within University Park Country Club. These homes range in price from the high $200,000s to $2 Million and the building lots are from the mid $300,000s to over $1 Million. Full Members are entitled to year-round, unlimited use of the golf, tennis, fitness, croquet, dining, and social facilities of the Club, subject to these Bylaws and the Rules and Regulations. Full Members may request golf tee times seven (7) days in advance. Full Members will not be charged greens fees, but will be responsible for cart or trail fees. Full Members may use the Club's golf practice areas, including unlimited range balls, without additional charge. Full Members may make tennis court reservations seven (7) days in advance. Full Members will not be charged tennis court fees. Full Members will be invited to special member events, and guests of Full Members will receive special rates. Tennis Membership: Tennis Members are entitled to year-round, unlimited use of the tennis, fitness croquet, dining and social facilities of the Club, subject to these Bylaws and the Rules and Regulations. Tennis Members may make tennis court reservations seven (7) days in advance. Tennis Members will not be charged tennis court fees. Tennis Members may play a limited number of golf rounds at a discounted rate, as established from time to time by the Club, and may request tee time reservations four (4) days in advance. Tennis Members will be invited to special member events. Sports Membership: Sports Members are entitled to year-round, unlimited use of the fitness, croquet, dining, and social facilities of the Club subject to these Bylaws, and the Rules and Regulations. Sports Members may play a limited number of golf rounds at a discounted rate, as established from time to time by the Club, and may request tee time reservations four (4) days in advance. Sports Members will be charged the established court fees for tennis play, but Sports Members may make tennis court reservations three (3) days in advance. Sports Members will be invited to special member events. Social Membership: Social Members are entitled to year-round, unlimited use of the croquet, dining, and social facilities of the Club, subject to these Bylaws and the Rules and Regulations. Social Members will be charged the open rate for golf play, but Social Members may make tee time reservations three (3) days in advance. Social Members will be invited to special member events. MEMBERSHIP INITIATION FEES: Full Membership - $5,000 Tennis Membership - $ 1,375 Sports Membership - $ 1,500 Social Membership - Waived Payment of the initiation fee is due at the time of application. All dues, fees, and charges may change without notice and are subject to applicable Federal, State and local taxes.

GOLF RATES: The Club will establish golf rates and discounted rates from time to time in its sole discretion. These established rates and any discounts will be published on the Golf Rate Card which will be made available to all members and will be posted in the golf pro shop TENNIS FEES: Sports Member Court Fee - $8 Per Session
Guest of Member Court Fee - $10 Per Court Session
Ball Machine Rental - $9 Per Half Hour; $14 Per Hour *Some Level Of Club Membership Is Mandatory
